Rudy Nielsen is considered as the expert on recreational property in British Columbia. He has been interviewed numerous times on this subject. He has also been the focus of two Wings Over Canada episodes, including one of the most popular episodes in that series' run, "Kitsault". From time to time, Rudy helps out his friend Ozzie Jurock and provides his expertise to his Landrush speaking series.

CityTV- "Realty Television" (2005)

When City TV needed an expert on recreational land in British Columbia, who did they  turn to?Why, Rudy Nielsen, of course! 

Rudy was featured on City TV's Realty Television, a program enlightening homeowners or potential buyers on the many facets of the real estate game. Realty Television covers the important topics to arm Lower Mainland home buyers and sellers with all they need to know to get in or stay in the hottest real estate market in North America.

"Imagine owning your very own oceanfront town. Not town home, but town."  Global Television News ran a segment on their Nightly News Hour on the potential sale of the town of Kitsault and Rudy Nielsen's role in helping to market the town.

In the last part of CBC's Canada Now  series, "Think Vancouver",  they take a look at property located a little further offshore- namely southern BC's private islands for sale.  Rudy Nielsen was interviewed by CBC on purchasing islands in British Columbia.

CBC News reported on the market for vacation property in British Columbia. They found that the number of people snapping up cottages and land was on the rise for several reasons including the volatility of the stock market.  Rudy Nielsen was interviewed by CBC on this subject.
