Landcor Data Corporation was founded in 1988 and manages real estate data on every piece of property in the province of British Columbia. Using frequent data feeds from sources such as BC Assessment Authorities, the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC, and various geo-mapping sources, Landcor cleans and geocodes real estate data across BC. Landcor then applies a proprietary logarithmic property analyzer to generate powerful insights into the real estate market of BC.
