There are approximately 90
single family and duplex
dwellings, four of these
dwellings serve as a managers
residence and guest houses.

There are seven apartment
buildings containing 210
bachelor, one and two bedroom
units. |

|
A shopping centre includes the
facilities for a food store,
restaurant, hardware and
sporting goods store, dry goods
store, liquor store, post office
and specialty stores. |

The recreational facilities
include a swimming pool,
gymnasium, racquet ball courts,
craft room, library, curling
rink, pub and three playgrounds. |

Throughout the town site, all utilities
including telephone and cable vision have
been installed underground. Pavement, curbs
and landscaping have enhanced the human
engineered aspects of the town site. There
is a complete sewage system with lift
stations and sewage treatment plant. Design
standards of Kitsault complied with
provincial government requirements which
could facilitate the possible incorporation
of Kitsault as a municipal entity with the
benefits of a local government. |
